My Brother Beautiful Dwayne & his Gorgeous Girlfriend Kylie!!
I was feeling a little emotional  last week.... (think I'm going to get sick) when I tackled this Sketch
I feel that this may be why I scrapped this photo...
for those who follow my blog! may remember of my brother Dwayne...
Who was SADLY taken from US in a motorbike accident 5Years ago this December!!
He was a FANTASTIC drawer!! I feel this is why I Created more of a artsy sort of a Layout...
I have to admit I LOVE the outcome!!

  2. Oh I am so sorry you lost your dear brother, I dont think you ever get over such a great loss.. but this layout is a beautiful tribute, and now that I know, the quote is really profound too..I love the track marks, which grunges it up a bit, but it still looks beautiful!!

  4. So sorry to hear about you losing your brother, Rach :( That is so sad & really hits home to me as my son & hubby ride motor bikes all the time...& it is always such a worry!

    I love the gorgeous bright colours against the black grungy background..and such a fitting quote.
    Beautiful layout & beautiful tribute to your brother <3

  5. So sorry for your loss Rachael. I've been doing some reflecting myself this week over the loss of my dad 15 years ago- and I know that some say time heals all wounds...or that it gets easier with time...sometimes I swear it gets harder. Harder to live with. Harder to accept as you see all that they have missed out on- what WE have missed out on...

    I'm glad you were able to scrap your brother and work through some of that emotion. I love the grungy, artsy take- you put so much feeling into this layout, I love every beautiful piece of it!
