Here is my take using the Kaisercraft - Starglazer range....
The Cherish word is a Kasiercraft - decorate die...
Prima - Santorini & from a discount store these rhinestones... Also! cutting a few pieces from the Printed acetate - Galactic
'be happy' quote from Galaxy paper & 'Life is' from Astronomy paper I've cut into strips & mounted onto blue paper....
Stamps used are Kaisercraft Dictionary & IndigoBlu - Circle dots...
