Well Hello
I thought I'd Better Share something it's been like 4 days
since my last post......... (I feel like I'm @ a Confusion session)   LOL!


I guess most of you have seen or Played along with this months
Prima - Sketch Challenge I'll just show you the Sketch again Anyways......

I found this Quote that I thought was just perfect......

I printed the Quote into Vellum the Matted it on White & Dark Blue Cardstock.....

Challenge #29 for Let's get Shabby

 I did get to Scrap last night.....    Yay....
I know I'm pushing for time, But I still have to midnight So...
I am making it in the nick of time........   LOL


I was Inspired to Create a layout with Let's Get Shabby
Challenge #29( I copied & pasted the Challenge)

Challenge #29 is a

MONOCHROMATIC CHALLENGE

except its a little more challenging than usual

in that you can use

TONES/SHADING OF ONLY ONE COLOUR

That means - no adding in white or black as an extra colour or any other colour no matter how small it may be..... (this really is a challenge - big smile!) 

Remember - you can only use one colour...

I went with Aqua which I thought went Perfectly with this Photo 

of DH & DS.......

I know what you maybe thinking...

What the a Fairy on a Boyish Layout?

YEAH! it worked for ME..So I went with it....

I also have had troubles in the past with Adding flowers

to a Boyish Layout... 

I've have Seen Soooooooooo many BEAUTIFUL & AMAZING

layouts created & they all look Awesome....

But when I do it..... It just Looks Wrong to Me...

Don't ask Me why?

 I'm getting better all the time....

LOL

We have my FIL Visiting US @ the moment...


& Yesterday
We Helped My Boy Celebrate his 9th *Sniff Sniff*
YES! My boy turned 9 Yesterday............

We had such a Wonderful Day

& what topped it all off ......

On the way home after going out for dinner he said........... 

                     "Thanks mum"  " I had a Beautiful Day"
                                  Let me tell you that brought a tear to my eye.....

The Title is a Prima Iron On...

I really liked this Saying SO much & had used this 1 Already.........

But went & used the Negative too       hehehe

for some reason the Iron On looks a little Weird???

Sketch#2 - For My Creative Sketches

Oh  My 
Just been so busy lately.....
I guess it must be that time of the Year 
Anyways!
I haven't Scrapped for like 4days - Nights & I'm getting withdrawals.....  LOL...... 
I've had a few Comments lately........ 
Asking how do I create So much & where do I find the time?
Well!
I scrap when ever I find 5mins... I will sit up to the Wee Hours or
I will get up REAL early & Scrap for a couple of hours before Daylight........
I can also scrap though out the Day....... here & there
I have photo's & A Challenge sitting @ my deck ALL the time ready to go.........
I have 1 there now & it's been sitting there since last Thursday.... BUT haven't found any time & this week ain't looking much any better.....
Maybe tonight?   hehehehe

When & Why I started Scrapbooking.......

Hello!
Gee! It's been a Busy day & I'm a little buggered BUT!
 I want to do this post before I go to Bed..........
I have to Say I was SOooooo Glad to see this Fortnights  Challenge
Over @ Once Upon A Sketch!!!
I Don't know how long I've wanted to do a Layout about WHEN I 
started scrapping and WHY? 
Soooo When I seen the Challenge I got my thinking Cap Straight on to it........
I end Up going with a photo of MWAH!!!!!
& I have to say THAT I absolutely L.O.V.E this Layout!!!!
It would be MY all time FAVORITE...... ( for now anyways)
This is the Sketch & Journalling Criteria: This time you need to journal at least 2 SENTENCES on WHEN you started scrapping and WHY?

    You MUST combine our journalling criteria with this sketch.

As you may notice I've Moved things around a little...
