'Love is a four legged word' layout my 2nd July DT work for 2 Crafty Chipboard

Hello there! 

 Today sharing my 2nd layout as part of my July inspiration for 2 Crafty Chipboard....  

Inspired by the colour scheme in this adorable photo of my daughter with our
 furry family member 'Princess' to create this layout...

'Love is a four legged word'

'Love is a four legged word' 

Starting with the 'Love is a four legged word' title which I thought was just perfect
 for this photo.. I have added gone and added a peachy ink colour to it....

 Wanting to draw attention to my photo without over powering it, So I first adding a couple

of coats of white acrylic paint before adhering the Circle heart frame onto the photo...

With the 'Moroccan bits' I have placed without my page... I firstly inked them a

 navy blue ink before adhering them!!

 Lastly! With the 'Heart Charm' I have inked with a sliver ink, before

 attaching it underneath the photo, to finishing it off nicely....

Hopefully I have inspired you in someway to scrapbook those photos you
 may have of your furry family member....

Anna's Craft Cupboard KC - Gypsy Rose layout & Tags

Hello there!

I'm back yet again to share my final creations for Anna's Craft Cupboard this month 

working with the ever so gorgeous Kaisercraft - Gypsy Rose which is avaliable in store----> HERE     First up is my final layout featuring my beautiful girl...

'Explore'

I started with cutting about 1/2cm off all the edges of the Gypsy Rose – Quirky piece & attached on to Gypsy Rose- Inspiring paper (the dark brown paper you see around the edges) …. I then went & first placed the Dreamer die cut paper down and to me it just wasn’t looking quite right???  So! I decided to cut away the brown circle & WHAM!! I felt it looked so much better but still not at the OMG love it stage… SO! before I went & attach the die cut piece, I added some stamping, coloured some of the diamond shapes with Maroon & pink, then I was like OMG!  looooving it!

Next! I added a couple of paper layers from 6 1/2″ paper pad & then attached my photo… Then attaching with foam/mount tape, some of the flowers die cut elements, the arrow & small dream catcher from the Collectables...

Finishing off with attaching the word ‘Explore’ from Sticker sheet with mount tape for added dimension & adding lots of white splatters…

Lastly! 

 I share these 2 tags, Mostly using the Gypsy Rose 6 1/2″ paper pad…

The ‘Sending you Birthday Wishes’ – Tag…..   Including in the layers are papers, Die Cut elements from 6 1/2″ paper pad, Kaisercraft – Doily Snowflake Decorative die & the dark brown sticker piece from the Sticker sheet! Where I have cut up into smaller strips…

And just for a final added touch added some Prima – Mulberry Mica flakes…

The ‘Best Wishes’  I Started with paper from 6 1/2″ paper then adding on top the beautiful Dream Catcher which I fussy cut from Free Spirit pp… adding a couple of 49 & Markets  flowers & finishing off with die cut elements….

And that's it from me working with the Kaisercraft - Gypsy Rose Collection, This would have to be 1 of my ALL TIME FAVOURITE Kaisercraft collections...💗💖💗 I hope I have inspired you in some way to get yourself some of this Collection too... 😉

2 Crafty Chipboard - July part 1 'Choose Happy' layout

Hi there! today I'm sharing my newest layout part of my July inspiration for 2 Crafty Chipboard....

A masculine, grungy, boys page featuring my boy!

It's does seem like a lot of  chipboard, but I have only used a couple pieces of each... 

The Giant gear/cogs has a couple of coats of white Acrylic paint & I have cut this large gear in half  & have half peeking out under the corner of my photo & the other half peeking out from underneath a paper layer...

I have also given a couple of coats of White Acrylic to 2 of the Steam Punk Strips & place either side of the photo.... 

  The couple of Medium & Small steam punk gears, Either have a coat of White Acrylic or inked with black.....

The Large Star, 2018 & ATC - Tiny stars are inked with grey....

And lastly the #BELIEVE word has been inked with black......

Pt 2. Anna's Craft Cupboard - Kaisercraft Gypsy Rose

Hello there! back again…. Sharing my 2nd share for Anna's Craft Cupboard this month my Kaisercraft Gypsy Rose Layout 'Its the little things' using the Kaisercraft  – Gypsy Rose range…. This time around have gone with the greens, brown, cream colours!! Created this page, featuring hubby & my boy…  oh man! (pardon the punt hehehe) I just adore this photo!

‘It’s the little things’

Starting off with Thatching pp as my base piece, with that water colour look I thought it was perfect start & that way I didn’t need to do much more than add some stamping & splatters… Also! adding a few strips of Kaisercraft – film strip tape around parts of the edges…

Using papers from the 6 1/2″ paper pad to create some paper layers, the arrows are also from the paper pad….. oh yeah & I couldn’t resist adding some of those circles (again lol!)

Inspired by the dream catchers in this range, I have used the Kaisercraft Decorative die – Whimsical Circle frame & feathers from the Sticker sheet & collectables pkt to finish this page off nicely….

Anna's Craft Cupboard - Kaisercraft Gypsy Rose

Hi there! Wow can you believe we are already into July time is sure flying by this year….. Today I share my first July layout for Anna's Craft Cupboard...... This month I am working with the EVER so Gorgeous Kaisercraft Gypsy Rose….  Oh the colour combo in this collection is right up my alley!!! 😀😀

‘I Choose happiness’

For the base piece I have used the Flourish speciality paper and by rubbing some Tim Holtz – Walnut stain (brown) ink & Distress – Tattered Rose Crayon then with a baby wipe, wipe away some of the colour to enhance the beautiful flourish pattern while still leaving some colour behind…. looks great doesn’t it!

It was the circles for the Braided pp that first grabbed my attention though, I knew I wanted to work with those circles… So I fussy cut out the quite a few circles to create layers of circles using foam/mount tape….

Also! have incorporated a couple of Prima , 49 & Markets – Garden seeds- Watermelon & Vintage shades potpourri Cerise flowers… The ‘I choose happiness’ from the collectables pk & the dream catcher from sticker sheet
